Justine Boulet was a police officer in France. She was being attacked by a group of Claw followers when she was rescued by the newly returned Death Defying 'Devil. As a result of their meeting she became involved with the Superpowers.
While working with the Superpowers as well as an international task force against the Claw organization, Justine unwittingly became a sleeper agent for the Claw.
